Catharina De Gregorio (born Clajus) is a creative director based in Zurich, Switzerland.

After studying art history, graphic design, and media science at the University of Marburg, she started her career designing for leading international periodicals including Hamburger Abendblatt, Max, Petra (based in Hamburg), and Die Weltwoche, BILANZ, and FIFA 1904 Magazine (based in Zurich).

In 2017 she launched her own editorial design and production business, offering end-to-end, bespoke visual content services for print and digital media. Her experience, creativity, and ambition for world-class publication design, combined with a wide-reaching network of top illustrators and photographers, have helped her realize a lifelong dream.

In 2025, she fulfilled another lifelong ambition by publishing her first children's book, Baloo, Baloo, through Novum Publishing. Entirely written and illustrated by herself, the book reflects her passion for storytelling, heartfelt illustration, and the special bond between humans and animals.

When not handling client work, she pursues her passion for large-format artwork on canvas—a Nordic love story of personal photographs, paintings, illustrations, and fingerprints of a life viewed through northern lights.
